It is designed to support innovations that address nationally relevant challenges, with a specific focus on chronic disease monitoring, integrated clinical pathways, and treatment burden optimization.

The Innovation Track focuses on solutions that can improve how autoimmune diseases are monitored, managed, and treated within real clinical settings. It targets technologies that enable the evolution of Autoimmine Disease Management, with particular attention to longitudinal monitoring, digital biomarkers, and reduction of steroid-related burden.
Predictive Models
This pathway supports the co-development of pilots and Proofs of Concept that help connect biological data, digital signals, and clinical workflows—moving from episodic care toward more predictive, adaptive, and coordinated models.
